Invalid license date 1-1-1601

Hi all,

I'm trying to Assign a license product key to a 8.5 client via the Management Console.

After that, the management Console keep in 'Updating Licenses" state and no key is assigned.

 

Investigation at the client shows in the Eventviewer: 

Application log: 

EvenID 100

Type: Warning

Source: Backup Exec System Recovery

Description: 

Warning A3392CC9: Invalid license date 1-1-1601 with 60 days before expiration corrected to 13-12-2008.

I received the key's via Symantec, We upgraded via 7.01 > 8 > 8.5.

 

Any help will be greatly appriciated!

In this case it may be best to call in and create a case under your support agreement so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

Be sure that you have installed the correct build. There has been some confusion between the Basic version (which was the option in previous versions) and the regular version.
