LSR Manager Console login error

I am having a simialr problem on a new install of LSR. I cannot login to the console, witht the error "Could not log on to the server" and the Java exception of "Connection Refused:Connect"

I have tried to change the ports tomcat is using, but if I run netstat afterwords, I ner see the port listening. Nothing was using 8443 beforehand anyway, so it shouldn't have conflicted, but regardless.

Has anyone run into this and found a solution?

Could this be a Windows authentication issue? Are you able to confirm the account you are using to connect has sufficent rights?

The problem most of the times is related to a problem with the ports.

Please refer to the PDF manual on how to change the ports in LS Recovery Manager.

As I said, I have changed the ports several times, to different port numbers. Also, I have confirmed that there is nothing listening on 8443 (the default port), or any other ports that I've tried to use. It does listen on 8080, but I can't connect to anything on 8080.

Check for personal firewall on exit connection 8443.
Check for service web active on LSR manager.
