LiveState Recovery and SysPrep

Can anyone tell me if they have used, or know if LiveState Recovery can be used as a deployment tool, similar to ghost, to clone an existing OS, sysprep it, and deploy it to a new machine?

I would be looking at deploying images to identical hardware.

Jonathan,

Livestate is not designed to do this. Ghost is the better option for deployment to similair hardware.

I bought an identical hard drive for my notebook. It is a crucial business tool and I was hoping to use Ghost 14.0 to clone the current hard drive and keep the other as an emergnecy spare. Unfortunately, I cannot use Ghost 14.0 to do it since the OS  is Server 2003.

My question is, I have LiveState and woul dlike to clone the drive using this, and then reload to new blank drive with Ghost. Is this possible?
