It seems other users had issues with LiveUpdate and BESR2010 well it seems that carries over to SSR2011
I was troubleshooting with support and 1 step was to run LiveUpdate
SSR2011 is not listed in “components are installed on your computer.”
In LiveUpdate
And on my desktop support also asked me to run LiveUpdate and it Also dose not show SSR2011?

If your machine is managed by BESR MS or SSR MS, LiveUpdate is disabled on that machine. Updates should come from the console, and updates on the console should come through SIM.

After several tries I got the tech note Strange it doesn’t mention that it is suppose to be like this and that this is a feature of the managed product and you don't need to do this or not suppose to register with LiveUpdate and that the updates are suppose to come from the management server????
When I phoned support and got my case the tech called back and we implemented this TechNote and it works but there are no update for the program as of yet!

The technote has been updated. This is indeed working as designed. Updates should be sent from the management console. Sorry for the confusion.
