BESR 8.5. I have jobs set to 2 recovery points and to automatically manage them but it does not delete old recovery points. I try to run the clean up but it's greyed out. Does anybody have any ideas? Am I setting this thing up wrong? The manuals are very vague. After 3 or 4 backups they just stop working. If I point the backup to a new folder, it runs again for 3 or 4 backups and just stops working after that. I have full support with Symantec, but support has gotten so terrible, it takes them a week to answer a sev 1 call, and most of the time they just point me to a technical bulletin that does not help. I'm wondering at this point why I'm paying for support.
