Need steps to restore Exchange 2003 / 2007 with BESR

Good day everybody, I am looking for a step by step article or process to demonstrate how you restore an exchange database with BESR 8.5 or later.  I have looked all over the forums but do not see anything that would be a step by step article.  If you know of any and can paste a link that would be very helpful.  Thank you for your help,
