I have a notebook that is a part of a company domain. (Windows 2003) The user syncs the "My Documents" Folder with offline files from windows.
Now I need to backup the hole Notebook so I installed Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery 8.5. But when I wan't to save the "My Documents" Folder it doesn't Backup it.
I can't find a solution.

Can you provide any additional information? Are you using the 'Backup My Computer' wizard or the 'Backup Files/Folders' wizard? Does the backup job fail to run, or complete successfully but not save any data?
