Open Messaging exchanges with GRO fail

When I try to open a saving with GRO, I have this error message : "Can't find EIF(Exchange Information File)" and " Assure that your saving includes binary Exexchange, as well as the data base and the files newspapers".

N.B : This saving is from exchange server 2003 and BESR.

Use the recovery point browser and see within the system partition of the Exchange 2003 image, does it have a 'backup information' sub-folder at the root? If it does open it to see if an *.EIF file is present. Check the Exchange server to see if one is present on the root of the system drive. If so, stop BESR services, delete this sub-folder, restart BESR services and re-create your image set that includes in a single backup job the Exchange binaries, transaction logs, and information stores.
