Problème déploiement LightsOut Recovery

Bonjour,

Je ne connnais pas très bien BESR et j'ai un petit souci avec le déploiement à distance d'un logiciel. Je n'arrive pas à déployer Lightsout Recovery 2010 à l'aide de la console BESR SM 2010.

Pourtant j'ai déjà déployé l'agent BESR et le plug-in de la même façon auparavent avec succès. L'agent Altiris indique dans l'état de la tâche que le lancement de l'installation à échoué. Le fichier Log d'installation de LOR sur le serveur contenant la console indique ce message :

"02-08-2011 09:21:29 : Error ECA3041C: The path to the source Symantec Recovery Disk image is missing."

I assume you have already downloaded LOR through SIM (Symantec Installation Manager)?

Have a look at the install package for LOR and check the package location. The default is:

\Program Files\Altiris\Backup Exec System Recovery Management Solution\Web\SoftwareDelivery\LOR\9.0

Do the LOR install files exist in that location?

Yes I've already done that, and the files exist in this location.

Sorry, I've just discovered that the problem is now fixed, I don't know how. But I think it was something wrong in the SRDConfig.ini

I change it to this:
