Problem with restoring from Backup EXEC 2010

Hello to everybody!

Could anybody say does the symantec backup exec 2010 backuping the files with extension *.ntf  and *.nsf. If yes why when i create a policy to lotus files i check the folder(which have files with extension *.nsf and *.ntf). The backuping process is completed successfully. After it when i want to restoring folder there are nothing files? Please help me what to do in this situation.

I am not sure I understand your question. If you backed up your Lotus database volume with BESR 2010, you can browse the image file before restoring to verify that the db files are in contained the .V2i file. Or, if you want to extract the files manually from the image file, you can do this also. In either case, use the Recovery Point browser to open the backup file for viewing and extracing files.
