Problems loading network driver for HP blade server in Symantec Recovery Disk 2013 R2

We are having major problems trying to load the correct network driver for HP blade servers located in a HP C7000 blade chassis.  We have HP BL460c Generation 8 servers.  The network card they are using is the HP FlexFabric 10Gb 2-port 554FLB Adapter, but no matter what we do we cant get the network adapter to be recognised within Symantec Recovery disk.

Hopefully someone else has worked through this problem already and has a solution?

Hi Marc,

Just a thought.... have you booted off the recovery disk and then tried the 'Load a Driver' option? I know it should already have loaded the driver but I have seen this work in the past.

Hi Chris,

A colleague managed to sort this last thing on Friday afternoon.  He slipstreamed in HP's WinPE 3.0 drivers, think he had to use 32Bit drivers also.
