I saw on my fileconnect as bellow 

What is it ? and how to used ? there 3 files . which one that used ?

Hi

The 1st and the 3rd files are recovery disk that are meant to be used when the server goes down and he needs to restore the server using the images that were creates through system recovery

The 2nd file is the installatable for SSR, which can be used to install the product on a machine

Hi phamduyus,

First you need to know that SSR 2011 is a backup product. It backs up the volumes of your system and then helps you perfrom a bare mental recovery at times of Disaster.

If you want to proceed with installation please follow the below steps :

Download he file SSR_2011_XXX_Multilingual_Product.zip and extract it.

under the extracted files search for "Setup.exe" and double click on it for installation.

It requires a reboot. ( After reboot it will ask for a license , confirm about the licenses of SSR before installation. )

Ater reboot setup the backup job as follows :
