Recovery Manager Web Services terminate unexpectedly.

I can't get into the BESRM because the web services won't stay up.  They terminate "unexpectedly" with a system event 7034.  Based on what is going on in the log, it almost seems as if the LiveUpdate Service, which kicks off regularly (I even tried to disable LiveUpdate, to no avail) is killing the web services.

I have not heard of or experienced this issue.  Please post additional details, including the entire event details.
 
OS BESRM installed on?
Domain or Workgroup?
 
Any other web services running?
What other Symantec software?
