Good Afternoon
I have attempted to recover a backup onto dissimilar hardware from a NAS, but at 99% completion the program halts and then gives the following message:
"Restore job fails at 99% with "Error E0BB0181: The operation cannot be completed because the volume is not mounted" "
I have tried creating another SRD to no avail, and have even used a Norton Ghost 14.0 disc to see if that works, but I get the same message. I am currently using Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 @ version 9.0.3. The backup is based on Server 2003 SP2 x64.
I've spent the last 3 days looking for an answer, only to come up with one saying that the BESR SRD needs patching from 8.5 to 8.5.1, but I've found nowhere where I can actually get it so I can finally get my server recovered.
