Restoring our Backup (Recovery Point)

Hi all!

Good Day!

Just want to ask for a help regarding on our issue during our restoration of our Servers.

We have 2 servers encountering same issue during restoration.

OS: 1 x WinServer 2003 and 1 x WinServer 2008 R2 (SQL Server)

Software: SSR 2013

Are you sure you are using SSR 2013?

The screenshot suggests that you are using VSR 16 - can you clarify please.

NOTE: Windows 2003 is no longer supported with VSR 16 (https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/ka6f10000000CTMAA2).
