SQLVDI Errors on Win2k3 x64 SP2 with SQL Express 2005 fully patched.

Getting following errors in the event logs on a system running Windows 2003 SP2 x64 with a SQL 2005 Express database using named pipes only for connectivity.  These errors are generated during the incremental backup job. SQL Server Service and Browser service are running as Network Service while the VSS Writer is running as Local System. I have enabled "Perform full VSS Backup" option in the advanced job options.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kevin

From the error it looks like something might be wrong with your SQL VSS writer. You should probably contact Microsoft and see if they can repair the writer.
