SSR 2011 Backup Error

I use SSR 2011 to backup my server (window 2008)

to day it has error backup (see in below)

And I try to manual backup, It slowy and has same error code

How can i resolve this problem ?

Delete the last recovery point and run the backup again.

That error suggests some form of corruption.

Are you backing up across a network? If yes, try a local backup destination to see if that makes a difference (just as a test).

Is verify enabled on the backup job?

- Yes, and i try to backup to local and another network path. It can backup complete without error.

- No

So, I think my NAS storage (Buffalo Link Station Duo 2.0 TB) have problem,

I will format or rebuild RAID for resolve this problem.

When I am running a drive backup (multiple drive letters c:\e:\f:\g:\h:\) SSR2011 crashes at 1%.

I got a message that the connection to the agent is lost. The detailed message in the end is Error 800706be error running job

When I run a job for only the e:\ drive it also failes with the message

 -Cannot create a virtual volume image of the selected drive.
--Error EBAB03E9: Internal Application Error: Memory Access Violation c0000005: Application tried to read memory at 00000000.

When i run a backupjob for only the c:\ drive everything is working fine! 

I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 with SP1, SSR v10.0.2. Futher on the server is also Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 installed.

I already reinstalled the product, but now success with that.
