I am currently logged in with my SymAccount to use this forum
When I clicked the link you provided, I am challenged for my user name and password.
The valid combination I use here - and for every other bookmarked Symantec page - is not recognized by that page.
The only option available is to request a new password - and that's just going to make a mess of things.
