hi,
i have configure my SSR backup job to keep only 1 revery point.
Yesterday, i have a problem for space disk and for many server the backup was cancelled and my old recovery point deleted! the folder backup is now empty!
here th error:
Error EBAB03F1: The operation was canceled by the user.
Info 6C8F1C2F: A recovery point operation on drive Sauvegarde de C:, 0
-1 was cancelled by the user.
Error E7D1001F: Unable to write to file.
Error E7D1003C: There is not enough space.
Error EBAB03F1: There is not enough space on the disk.

what i need to do to be sure SSR not delete old recovery point if the new recovery point is not present.
may be need to use the option: verify recovery point after creation???

This should not happen. The existing recovery point(s) should only be removed once the new recovery point has complete successfully.
Can you confirm exactly what happened. Was the backup automatically cancelled or was there some user intervention?
And what service-pack level of SSR are you running (check in Help/About for version details).

hi,
the version is 10.0.3.45857.
no it sheduled with symantec management altiris, tha backup was started but after few minutes due to espace disk it have cancel backup.
how i can check log for removed recovery point? in altiris server?

You need to check the client-side log. For Win 7/2008 R2, the log is:
Symantec System Recovery.log.txt
from:
C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec System Recovery\Logs
Can you attach the log here please?
