SSR 2013 R2 Installation through SIM

Hi

 

I am attemtping to install SSR 2013 R2 Management Solution through SIM.

I have installed Symantec Installation Manager and upgraded to 7.6.75 but when I try to install new products Symantec System Recovery 2013 R2 Management solution is not listed.

I have updated the product list which didn't help.

Upon examination of the XML package downloaded, for the product list, nothing is listed that references SSR2013 R2 management.

 

Any help appreciated

One further point: SMP 7.6 is currently NOT supported with SSR-MS. You will need to remove that and install 7.5 before you can go any further.
