After install SSR2013 x64 on a win7 pro x64 machine, it got a EventID: 24620, "Encrypted volume check: Volume information on cannot be read". Usually the error message should include the failed volume name such as "Encrypted volume check: Volume information on \\?\Volume{493b7b29-3c88-4a67-ba13-bac8bbfcbf78} cannot be read" but this one missing that, also there is NO drive have bitlocker enable.
Uninstall SSR2013 will no longer show this error.

Hm, interesting issue but already SSR 2011 was compatible with bitlocker: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/symantec-system-recovery-2011-support-symantec-and-third-party-encryption-solutions
But maybe support can clarify the support for bitlocker with SSR 2013 ?
