SSR 2013 wont connect to clients

Hi,

 

I have been going around in circles with using SSR 2013. 

 

First of all was unable to deploy to a computer, that was solved buy just installing locally.

Next once installed and rebooted the monitor refuses to connect to the machine.

1) Computer is connected to the network.
2) firewall is OFF, plus was using SEP firewall and SEP service is stopped too.
3) Software not installed - it is!
4) User credentails are incorrect, checked and double checked all OK.
5) UAC disabled 

I'm stuck nothing is work, help!!!

Hello,

Yes i can ping and also is on the list as its a Win Pro SP1 x64.

 

Strange just done a fresh build on a machine, standard setup and its worked straight away! very confusing

Hello GotoGuy,

can you ping the machine from the server that SSR is installed on?  What OS's are the servers?  Check the  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH201318 to make sure its listed.
