Hi,
I have installed SSR 2011 (on WIndows 2008 server SP1) today and i tested it quickly.
I have a question.
Is it possible to create "groups" with preconfigured settings or should i create jobs desktop by desktop? I would like save 100 desktops...
Other question, when I make a system backup, there is an option to 'activate' restore anywhere or is this automaticaly included into the v2i file?
Thanks;

You should consider using the management solution if you have 100 desktops. Using this, you can do most things from a central location.

Restore Anyware is enabled by default on backups.
Hope that helps.

I'll test it this afternoon, thanks for solution.
Maybe I'll have questions after the test.

Hi,
I have installed the management solution but it's seems most complicated to use than SSR. I'll search more informations at the moment.
I have a question about restore, (I have downloaded the SSR trial version) when I want to boot with my CD driver in order to simulate a restore it seems that the CD doesn't work, Windows runs normally without boot on the CD.
Do I download other thing to run a restore?

The management solution is not a simple product and will require a fair bit of planning/configuring. It's not something you can just install and start using straight away.

Please start another thread for any other issues you have question about. However, it sounds as though the machine is not configured to boot from the CD drive - you need to change this.
