SSR ne démarre pas après installation

bonjour,

installation de SSR 2013 sur un nouveau PC en win7 mais démarrage du produit impossible.

l'installation semble se dérouler normalement et lors du redémmarage demandé par le soft, un écran symantec s'affiche et après 10 secondes environ disparait puis plus rien. SSR ne peut pas se lancer.

Que faire pour finaliser correctement l'installation  et avoir un SSR opérationnel ?

Uninstall and reinstall , it must open the console. One of the VProSvc services may not got installed correctly.

How many services can you see with regards to SSR

It should show 2 services

Symantec System Recovery and Symtrack Service.
