SSR2013 R2 SP4 crashing every time VProSVC and ntdll.dll error

SSR2013 R2 SP4 every time I run backup it crashes at various percentage. Event Log shows

All Windows 2008 R2 updates are installed (Important and Optional).

I checked the version of Oleaut32.dll and the one I have in my Windows\System32 folder is: 6.1.7601.19144

The article suggests that if I install all Windows updates, one of them (apparently: KB3006226 or KB3020338) will install Oleauth32.dll version 6.1.7601.22846.

But it doesn't! I checked and have both of these KB updates installed. I also searched everywhere online, I can 't find this version. Where do I download it?

SP5 is due to be released. Give this one a try. Or open a support case.

Try SP5 (http://www.veritas.com/docs/000107923) to see if it helps. You need to reboot after updating to SP5.

If this does not help, please open a support case.
