Script backup exec to backup files

I want know if there is a script to create and run a backup with the chosen files and if we can not , if is possible of create this script . 

I use backup 8.5 and Windows XP.

I have look this script but fullinbackup do a backup of all C drive but i would like a script where i can chose the file wich will save  ...

So you need a file and folder backup. Well, for this I can't provide you a script. Until now I was not able to script it, sorry.
