I have windows 10. Now Symantec System Recovery 2013 Desktop (Vers. 11.0.2.49853) doesn`t accept the Key. Where can I get the newest Version or Servicepack?

You must upgrade to SSR 2013 R2 SP4 which is the only version that supports Windows 10.
