Out of the blue (No windows updates or Driver updates) my backup is only moving at 30mbps. Its connected to a gigbit Nic card so i usually get close to 800 mbps. Any idea what would cause this? or how i can fix?
The speeds of the backup jump around from 3 - 30 mbps but never higher then that.
Backing up to a QNAP NAS System. Host Server and QNAP are on there own subnet.
I've tried reinstalling the product.
Tried using a direct connection to eliminate the swich they where both plugged in to.
Updated Windoes and even Nic Drivers and Firmware
Updated QNAP to latest firmware.
Odd thing is tried to install Backup Exec 15 trail just to see if that did any better and still only get 30mbps.
Thank you for your help!

This statement suggests that the issue is nothing to do with System Recovery or Backup Exec. If you do some file copies within windows explorer, I assume they are also slow?
Have you tried rebooting the NAS yet?
