Small Business Server 2003 exchange backup with BESR 6,5 - Stoping services

Hi

In this article I know I have to stop the exchange services before a snapshot.

The two bat-files are in the right folder.

But when the job is run, this error comes: 

Description: Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery points for job: Recovery point of C:\. Error E0BB009C: External command "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Agent\CommandFiles\stopExch.bat"  returned an error. Error EBAB03F1: The system cannot find the file specified.

The exchange services is stopping, but the job is stopped... What is the problem?

I just got of the phone with Symantec Tech Support.  This error occurs in an instance where you setup the system recovery job to call a batch file to stop services.
