Symantec System Recovery 11 (10.0.1.41704) stops with the following error:

Following error seen (always) when running My Documents backup.

-Snapshot error %1.
--Error EBAB03F1: OS error 2147754774.

(UMI:V-281-1975-5)

Following is the entry in the log file:

2/19/2015 10:33:13 AM High Priority Info: Info 6C8F1F64: The file and folder backup job, My Documents Backup, has been started manually. 0x00 (Symantec System Recovery)
2/19/2015 10:33:18 AM High Priority Error: Error EC8F1C50: Cannot create file backup for job: My Documents Backup.
Error E7B70005: Snapshot error Error EBAB03F1: OS error 2147754774.. 0xE7B70005 (Symantec System Recovery)
 (UMI:V-281-3215-7248)

I tried the workaround SSR suggested (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH125517&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1424372034661), but that didn't fix the error. If anyone knows of workaround/fix, please share the same -- it would be of great help.

Thanks in advance,

Also add the VPROSVC.EXE and PROCONSOLE.exe processes to the exclusions in the Antivirus software. and If your My documents backup is large try breaking up the backup job into a couple of smaller jobs.
