Strange Event logs VSR18.4

I have two different servers that have strange event logs--in both cases the backups are running fine, and the recovery points are vaild and mountable, but the event logs are strange.  For example:

Start of Backup:

Result (0x6c8f1f65 32 VPRO_INFO_SCHEDULED_BACKUP_START Args [1] Arg (0xbab000d 26 Drive Backup of Data (D:\));)<9 1.0-*-*-* >

End of Successful Backup

Result (0x6c8f1ff3 35 VPRO_INFO_SCHEDULED_BACKUP_FULL_JOB Args [2] Arg (0xbab000d 26 Drive Backup of Data (D:\)) Arg (0xbab0012 Result (0xebab001a 23 ERROR_UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION Args [2] Arg (0xbab000d 21 RPAMConfiguration.cpp) Arg (0xbab0006 0x1eb);)<9 1.0-*-*-* >);)<9 1.0-*-*-* >

Could you try workarounds in the below articles? These worarounds will resolve to change the storange message to the correct message.

After then, could you try below? I guess that the message means that the data fails to be written in RPAM files. So please initialize RPAM files once.

1. Stop "Veritas System Recovery" service.

2. Move the below files to another folder.

a. RPAM_Store.dat in a folder where you save recovery point files.
b. RPAM_History.dat in C:\ProgramData\Veritas\VERITAS SYSTEM RECOVERY\History
c. RPAM_Cache.dat in C:\ProgramData\Veritas\RPAM

3. Start "Veritas System Recovery" service.
