Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery fail to boot HP Proliant DL380 G7

We are trying to use Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery on HP Proliant DL830 G7

to recover/ restore the whole thing.

OS: Windows Server 2003 R2

Application; Active Directory 2003

Results: fail to boot HP Proliant DL380 G7

Which options did you check when you restored the server ?

The option we picked is to restore:

System Recovery

Results: Recovered & Resorted the server but we had manually to “Allocate the correct drives”

Sometimes we encounter error: Redundancy Check fails “after the restore start”

Make sure you select restore drive signature, restore mbr and active for the systempartition and leave the options unchanged for the other partitions you want to restore.
