Hi All,
Our server recently installed Antigen for Exchange.
The daily backup jobs stop working for unknow reason for more than 4 days. When I go to Event Log at Advanced page, I only found the log of 4 days ago. There is no error log in both Symantec and Windows events.
When I tried to change the schedule of one Backup Job, It says "Page Advanced ---- Backup for Drive Backup of DATA(e:\) is locked bacause your backup is currently running. Please again later." However, if I open Progress and Performance, there is nothing running. (The performance slider is disabled because no operations are currently running".
Any help will be appreciated.
Environment: Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery 8.5.2.30735
Windows 2003 sbs server with sp2

Reboot the server or use taskkill /IM vprosvc.exe /F to kill the service and restart the backup jobs.

Thank you. I reboot the server it is working now.
