Symantec Recovery Server 2013

I have been going crazy on this one. I am doing a Restore anywhere from a Dell Raid Server over to a Desktop. When it restores and starts to ask for driver I keep getting asked for the Western Digial Disk driver. There are no drivers. I have even changed thr PC and added a Sata Controller and I am still getting the same thing. I have tried deleting all the drivers, running Windows Serup and still the same thing. Has anyone else seen this error and if so what is the work around???

Thank you.

Try wth a Custom SRD and run the restore

Try to select the delete existing drivers option when enabling restore anywhere ! Todo so hold the shift key when selecting the checkbox.

I will try the custom SRD. If I am going from Raid to non raid, Do I still need the Custom SRD? Or would it be more simple to install just a basic windows server on the target server and make the SRD from that computer?

If the SRD contains all the necessary drivers for your hardware you don't need a custom SRD.
