Symantec System Recovery 2011: Unable to mount drive

Hi all,

I'm running Symantec System Recovery 2011 on an older machine. While trying to restore to a previous backup, I found I was unable to mount any restore points. Some googling lead me to discover that I didn't have a Generic Mount Service at all. While trying to fix that, I seem to have deleted the contents of my Drivers folder.

I don't have the old installation media anymore. I was wondering if anyone had a download to the old installation software or a patch so that I can repair my installation? Or can maybe upload their drivers folder.
I know I should upgrade, but I have a ton of backups that I wouldn't want to lose. Thanks for your time.

Why would upgrading mean you lose your backups?

I would recommend upgrading to VSR 16. You can get a 60-day trial copy here: https://www.veritas.com/trial/en/us/system-recovery-16.html
