Symantec System Recovery 2013 R2 - Custom Bakcup .fbf files

I have a custom backup set up to back up a custom directory.

The back up is successful, but the result is onlt a seperate directory with a bunch of .fbf files.

How can I use this backup?  It's not part of a recovery point because it's custom, but there is no obvious way to access it.

Thanks

That's correct. This is a file and folder backup, not a volume based backup.

To restore from this backup, click on Recover My Files from the home page. Then select File and Folder under 'Search In'.

I have tried to do this.

Even when the folder is selected, files from the backup points show but not the ones from the custom folder backup.

Any suggestions?

@Frank_Coirfoiu

Not sure what you mean by custom folder backup?

Was the backup done on the same machine where you are trying restore or was it done on a different machine?
