Hello Chris

I have windows 10 on my PC and I have to re unstall Symantec System Recovery ( version 11.0.2.49853 ) .

I can't put my key licence .

I apply your process by the link gived september 9 , but I have always the error message :  THE KEY IS NOT VALID

and SSR 2013 is not registered but in test of 49 days ( before 60 days )

What is the solution ?

Regards

Michel

I think I have already answered this on another thread, but ...

11.0.2 is SSR 2013, not 2013 R2. You MUST upgrade to R2 (with SP4) to get support for Windows 10.
