Symantec System Recovery backup fail

Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery points for job: Drive Backup of SYSTEM_DRV (*:\), Windows7_OS (C:\), DATA (D:\).

Error EBAB0013: An assertion that safeguards the integrity of the program failed unexpectedly. 'PRECONDITION failed, UmResourceWin::GetLoad: UmResourceWin.cpp(346): mResourceHandle != NULL.'. (UMI:V-281-3215-6071)

i have this problem....

Some PCs can be backup successfully.

Some fail..

Please share the partifo from C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec System Recovery\doubleclick on partinfo.exe and it will generate a txt file
