Symantec System Recovery management console 2011

Is there possibly a standalone console taht can be used to manage SSR 2011 users that is not joined with the Symantec Management console 7.0? Similar to taht of the Symantec Endpoint Protection console 12.1 that works so well?

just wondering as this would be extremely beneficial.

The only thing that comes close is the new SSR Monitor tool. However, be aware that this is a monitoring tool, not a management tool.
