System Recovery 2011 - restore anyware

I have do a restore to anyware of Windows 2008 Server with Exchange 2007.

The restore was successful, but it take a long time at the first boot, where Windows is configrued. It take about 20 hours to the loginwindow.

Know anyone what is reason for the long time?

At the time of restore AnyWhere don't check the "windows Mini Setup". Than can cause the long boot after the server is recovered
