Instead of booting from SSR CD and taking a backup , install SSR 2013 on the machine and check if you are able to view the C:

Please run PartInfo.exe from the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec System Recovery\Utility
Then attach the output file here for review. This should give us some clues..

Here is the problem:
WARNING: Partition above extends beyond the end of disk.
The simple way to fix this is to reduce the partition by a small amount (i.e. 100MB). You can do this using disk management in 2008 R2. Once that is done, either reboot the server or restart the SSR service.
Hope that helps.

Hi Chris,
How maximum size of partition that SSR can backup in this case ?

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH173758
But this is not your problem. There is an issue with the partition boundary - as per my previous comment.

As I mentioned in an earlier comment, try reducing the partition (volume) size by a small amount (100MB). Then either reboot the server or restart the SSR service. More often than not, this fixes this type of issue.
