System Recovery 8.5 SMTP Setup

I have BESR 8.5 running on windows 2003 STD. I want to setup SMTP setting for all computer's that i m backing up but for some reason setting's only apply to source computer. Is there a way to apply setting's to all computer's? I fallowed the instruction's on this link (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO13699) but i was not able to do step # 1, where it say's to select number of computer's. Its not letting me select more than one computer.

That TechNote (http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO13699) is specific to BESRM (the old version of BESR Manager) - are you using this?

The only way to can do this for multiple machines is using either BESRM or SSR-MS (the newer management solution).

I am using Backup Exec System Recovery 8.5. So you saying I will have enter SMTP config maunally for all machines?

How many machines do you need to set this on?

Then you might want to consider using the management solution which allows you to do a lot of things from a central console - SMTP being one of them.

It's free as well..
