Is the Symantec Management Agent (SMA) installed? Is Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011 installed already? If SMA is installed, and there is a system tray icon for it, double click on the tray icon. On the software delivery tab, from the left hand menu choose the option field enabled all but the last two options. If enabled, under the, 'Deliveries available for this computer,' does the SSR-Plugin package listed? If so highlight it and choose the Properties from the menu to the left. Review the information listed here under the SUmmary, Details, Dowload history, and run history. If an error message emerge please reply with that error.
