The Symantec System Recovery service terminated with service-specific error 2147746291 (0x800401F3).

At this moment we are upgrading our laptop clients from SBESR 8.55 to SSR2011.
We can succesfully push the Symantec Managment Agent to the clients and then it will automatically install the Symantec System Recovery 2011 plugin and the Symantec System Recovery 2011 package.

After the restart of the clients we found out that about 40% of our clients terminate the Symantec System Recovery service. In the System Eventlog we see the following error message: The Symantec System Recovery service terminated with service-specific error 2147746291 (0x800401F3).
 

Some of our users have local admin rights and they can succesfully repair the software. But the majority of our users don't have these rights and aren't allowed to repair the software. We can provide the location of the setup files, but how do we let those users repair the software without admin rights? Can anyone give me some parameters how to fix this or give me any suggestion.

You can understand that I don't want to manually repair about 100 laptops.
