Unable to activate BESR 8 on windows SBS2008

I'm having trouble activating BESR 8 on Windows Server 2008. All I seem to be getting is the red "Cannot install license" taskbar popup and the "Cannot activate this product using license key xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx" 

I'm not sure why it's not detecting the license key as valid.
