I have couple of servers which cannot open VSR Console after upgrade from SSR 13.There was no problems with the installation and it went fine .
had tried the following steps but still the issue persists
Tried to delete Job history from C:\Programdata\veritas
Shrink the volume
Kindly help us resolve this issue.
There's not really enough information here to understand what the problem might be.
Please provide the following log file:
C:\ProgramData\Veritas\VERITAS SYSTEM RECOVERY\LOGS\Veritas System Recovery.log.txt
For Symantec team all other logs can be found under this case
