Unable to determine status after Upgrade from SSr13 to VSR 16 Sp2

HI All,

I have couple of servers which cannot open VSR Console after upgrade from SSR 13.There was no problems with the installation and it went fine .

had tried the following steps but still the issue persists

Tried to delete Job history from C:\Programdata\veritas

Shrink the volume

Fixinstall.bat

Kindly help us resolve this issue.

There's not really enough information here to understand what the problem might be.

Please provide the following log file:

C:\ProgramData\Veritas\VERITAS SYSTEM RECOVERY\LOGS\Veritas System Recovery.log.txt

For Symantec team all other logs can be found under this case

So this is already being worked on by our support team.... there is not much point in me investigating this as well.

It does appear as though something went wrong during the upgrade.
