I am unable to create support case.
I have filled technical case - mayor impact - product, OS- version
subject, description,
prompted for possible solution, selected open case
selected my entilement, clicked submit - nothing happens

on chrome it stops when selcting severity level
then tried firefox, and got this result
tried IE, same result
I get no error message when clicking submit, in both cases. It seems to do something, but then goes back to the page with no error emssage

I started a chat support session. The case was opened for me, with a blank description. Now I tried to update it and I get the same problem, update case button does nothing.
If I am also unable to update the case, this is serious trouble...
