Unique folder creation not occuring

Hello guys. Any assitance I could get on this would be appreciated. I am enabling the option to have the application save backup files to a unique folder but when the job is ran no folders are created. All backups get saved in this one folder but I would like for them to be created in unique folders.

Is the folder created before the image or is it created after the image is done? This is with version 8.5 and I tried 2010 same result.

At least with our BESR clients when I enable the option to create a folder when I configure the backup job it works. Do you use also the BESR Manager/MS oder standalone ? You could try to delete the *:PQJ file under C:\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Schedule and recreate the job.
