Hi guys,
i'm using SSR 2013 management in test environment, and i have installed the management agent, then plugin for system recovery ,and in the end SSR on clients.
And after all that under alerts i have all my clients listed in section Unsupported Version of Plug-in.
Any hint how to resolve this ?
Thanks

I've spotted a problem that may or may not be the root cause here. The logs show:
ct=SMP&version=7.5.1670.0&language=hr&module=euBqK19WCe54FvBZsBlgjv7ELRqo+
This appears to be SMP 7.5 which is not supported (yet) with SSR:
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH211862
As this is a test environment, I would recommend a new installation using SMP 7.1.

The latest plugin version is 11.0.47667. If you enable the column for 'Plug-in Version', you'll be able to see the version that is currently installed on these machines.
To update the plugin, you'll need to go to Packages and Policies, Upgrade Policies and enable the policy for 'Upgrade Symantec System Recovery Plug-in'.
Hope that helps.

Are any client machines listed in the section for 'Latest Version of Plug-in' ?
Can you refresh the view for 'Unsupported Version of Plug-in' and then attach the following log to this thread:
C:\ProgramData\Symantec\SMP\Logs\a.log

I don't even have 'Latest Version of Plug-in' section.

Go to Manage Tasks / Alerts and Failures / Latest Version of Plug-in
Any machines listed there? If yes, what plug-in version do they have?
01-24-2014 05:27 AM
No, this list is empty.

So are you only currently managing 4 clients then?
What operating system is installed on these 4 client machines?

Yes, only 3 clients, as i said this is test environment, which will go to production eventually
they are all windows 7 32 bit
